Singapore Youth Festival Opening Ceremony
Bi-annually, NPCC and NCC will take turns in organizing the SYF Parade for the SYF Opening Ceremony. NPCC cadets will form both the GOH and supporting contingents in the opening ceremony.
Trainings will be from April to July.
