NATIONAL POLICE CADET CORPS
To mould the builders of a safe and secure home
The Leadership and Mentoring Course is conducted for Secondary Three Cadets to familiarise them with the roles of being a cadet leader. LMSC is a compulsory component for the promotion of cadet leaders of the rank Sgt and above.
Objectives:
a) To acquaint Sec 3 cadets on the training programmes of Sec 1 to Sec 3 cadets.
b) To provide training on understanding the group processes and team-building.
c) To enhance effective communication skills of the cadets.
d) To provide training on supervisory skills
e) To acquaint NCOs in the role as trainers.
